RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase at ABH Collection JÁVEA / XÀBIA, however, if you are not satisfied with any of your items or find that there is any type of damage, you have fourteen (10) business days, from the date of delivery of the package, to return the product (s).
All shipping costs for exchange or return of products are paid by the customer, except in the event that the product was delivered with damage . Given this eventuality, ABH Collection JÁVEA / XÀBIA, would bear the shipping costs. We recommend using the Certified Mail service because it is a safe and economical system.
You can request the return of a product within the established deadline by filling in the return form or by contacting info@abh-collection.com
Once we have received the returned item (s), you will have the option to exchange or refund the amount paid. This process will take place within 72 hours after receiving the returned package.
Returned items must be in the state in which they were originally delivered by ABH Collection JÁVEA / XÀBIA, have not had any use and be in the original conditions.
ABH Collection JÁVEA / XÀBIA will not accept any damaged, used, worn or broken item.
Returned items must be sent (expenses paid by the customer) through a courier service or certified mail to the address provided by ABH Collection JÁVEA / XÀBIA.
